Rizal Exhibit

We the fourth year Marketing Management and Financial Management Students held an exhibit about Rizal last July 30 – August 3, 2012 at Aquinas university of Legazpi Library. The theme of the exhibit is “Who is Rizal in your Life”. This Activity is made to showcase the creativity and talent of those students taking up SOCSCI 102 (Life and Works of Rizal) and to show other people on how this students expresses their admiration and on how they’ve been inspired by the Life and Works of Rizal. We featured there all our creations using the creative mind of this class; through art we all expresses our thoughts and ideas in creating some art that we can relate to Rizal and also to our theme, like embroiding the name of Rizal and also those especial names related to Rizal in a handkerchief, printing t-shirts with the picture of Rizal on it, making some poems, essays that they devoted to him.
We the student’s of Mr. Christian Rivero are proud and happy that we experienced that kind of class activity. With the help of this exhibit we encouraged also other college students of Aquinas University of Legazpi to also conduct this kind of activity, because based on my personal experience it is a nice and wonderful activity that will benefit not only my classmates and I but also every students and teachers in Aquinas University Of Legazpi High School and Elementary. Through this exhibit we can share them our thoughts and knowledge about Rizal. And also through this experience they may be inspired like us on how Rizal influenced other people’s lives especially in the lives of the students.
As a student enrolled in this subject I am glad, thankful and overwhelmed that I had given the chance and opportunity to know and learn more about the Life and Works of Rizal, because not everyone has given a chance to study and learn more about him, and also because for me Rizal is our pride, so we should be proud of him, we should be proud that we do have a National hero like him that did everything for his country.
