*the competition is open only to Filipinos age 15-35 years old.



You can choose real life, drama, comedy, documentary, animation, music – whatever you can imagine.

2. Download the entry form from the NYC Website www.nyc.gov.ph (Uploading of Entry Form - TBA)
3. Submit your video together with the accomplished entry form via www.transferbigfiles.com to idolkosirizal@gmail.com
